Location: Karachi (Full-time, On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Role Overview:

BaadMay is seeking a detail-oriented Verifications Officer to review and process flagged cases, verify customers, and ensure smooth, compliant order processing.

This role is essential in protecting both BaadMay and its customers by ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, observant, and confident in making sound decisions under pressure. Prior experience in verification, compliance, or risk operations—especially in eCommerce, fintech, or lending—is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify customer information for flagged cases.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in customer verification and order confirmation.
  • Identify unusual activity and escalate cases when required.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all verification activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Recovery, and Product.
  • Suggest improvements to verification processes and data quality.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in verification, compliance, or related operational roles.
  • Background in fintech, lending, banking, or eCommerce preferred.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume operational tasks accurately.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and data systems.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
