Job Summary
As a Call Center Specialist at , you will execute outbound calls to international prospects, engaging them in conversation about how our solutions can benefit their operations. Your goal will be to qualify leads, create interest, and funnel prospects into the sales pipeline. This is a frontline role in our growth engine and is critical to building momentum across new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make
cold outbound calls
to prospects in various countries and industries. - Deliver a clear, compelling introduction and value proposition of 's services.
- Engage in two way conversations to uncover prospect needs, pain points, and fit.
- Qualify leads rigorously by identifying decision‑making authority, budget, timeline, and interest.
- Book meetings, demos, or hand off high quality leads to sales executives.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of outreach activities, call outcomes, and prospect data in CRM.
- Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (call volumes, lead quotas, conversion rates).
- Adapt messaging and approach based on regional/cultural norms, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Follow up with leads (calls, emails) as needed to nurture until handoff.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts, messaging, objection handling, and process.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, script effectiveness, and market insights from your outreach.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or telemarketing ideally in an international or B2B setting.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; other languages are a strong plus.
- Strong persuasion, communication, and active listening skills.
- Resilience, confidence, and comfort dealing with rejection and objections.
- Highly organized, disciplined, with an ability to manage pipelines and follow up appropriately.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, VoIP tools, email sequences, etc.
- Ability to adapt working hours to align with international time zones.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely or in a distributed team.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, lead gen, or tech sales environments.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools, sales automation or data enrichment platforms.
- Knowledge of cultural and business etiquette differences across regions (e.g. APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
