We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager with an ACCA membership. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, taxation, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and cash flow reports.
  • Lead the preparation and filing of VAT and tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Handle reconciliations, budgeting, invoicing, and audit support.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff.
  • Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in VAT, tax laws, and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • ACCA membership (compulsory).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting tools such as Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
