About the Role:

We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts
to lead and manage our financial operations across both local and US-based entities. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, budgeting, and audit readiness, while driving process efficiency and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
IFRS, GAAP, and tax compliance
, along with proven leadership skills and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage
    daily finance and accounting operations
    , ensuring compliance with
    IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations
    .
  • Oversee the
    preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    and management reports.
  • Develop and monitor
    annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
    , performing detailed variance analysis to guide financial decisions.
  • Maintain
    robust internal controls
    , ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor the
    finance and accounting team
    , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive
    process optimization
    across accounting, reconciliations, payroll, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with
    internal and external stakeholders
    , including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage
    financial reporting and compliance
    for both
    Pakistan-based and US-based entities
    , aligning with international accounting standards.
  • Prepare and file
    corporate and income tax returns
    in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Coordinate with
    external auditors
    for annual audits and ensure full compliance with
    international financial regulations
    .
  • Conduct
    financial analysis and modeling
    to support pricing, investment, and contract decisions.
  • Prepare and present
    board-level reports and financial presentations
    for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or a Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications:
    Professional qualification such as
    ACCA, CA, or CIMA
    preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    7 years of progressive experience
    in finance and accounting, with at least
    3 years in a managerial role
    .
  • Strong command of
    IFRS, US GAAP, ISA, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
    .
  • Proficiency in
    accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
    and
    advanced Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal abilities
    (verbal and written).
  • Ability to
    manage multiple priorities
    and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
