Job Description: The HR & Recruitment Executive will support the full cycle of recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding. The role also involves assisting with HR operations such as employee records, communication, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (IT Focus)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions (developers, system admins, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and recruitment tools to attract top IT talent.
- Conduct technical screening (in collaboration with hiring managers).
- Coordinate interviews, technical tests, and feedback collection.
HR Generalist Duties
- Assist in drafting job descriptions.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support training & development programs.
- Assist with performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and recruitment tools to attract top IT talent.
- Conduct technical screening (in collaboration with hiring managers).
- Coordinate interviews, technical tests, and feedback collection.
Qualifications:
- A-Levels (minimum qualification, mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and the IT industry
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
