About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in bulk hiring, the ability to work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely hiring targets are met
  • Support other HR functions when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume / bulk recruitment
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
