About Us

CM Housing Ltd is a growing business committed to delivering Surveys/Reports. We're looking for a creative and results-driven In-House Marketer to join our team and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Job Overview

As our In-House Marketer, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on aspects of marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging, on-brand content.
  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Support website updates, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Engage with weekly Team Meetings to keep on track of progress
