  • Salary 80-120K depending on profile

Role Overview

We are seeking a Live Ops Specialist fluent in Arabic and English to oversee and coordinate day-to-day property operations virtually. This role will ensure our properties consistently meet high-quality standards by managing remote inspections, coordinating service providers, and maintaining accurate property data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual property reviews and ensure accurate, complete listing information.

  • Monitor service quality through remote inspections and feedback loops.

  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning, maintenance, and other operational services.

  • Track the progress of ongoing operations and address issues promptly.

  • Maintain strong communication between vendors, customer service, and internal teams.

  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests and uphold operational SLAs.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).

  • Experience: 2+ years in live customer/business operations.

  • Strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable using digital tools to manage remote operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • 1- 2+ years of hospitality operations background

This candidate will have 6 days working and will follow KSA working hours. This will be an onsite role.
