Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales & Recruitment Associate to join our team in Lahore. The role focuses on hiring mortgage agents (both new and experienced) for a leading Toronto-based mortgage company, through CRM, phone, email, and text outreach.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit mortgage agents by connecting with new and experienced professionals working in other companies.

* Manage and track leads in the company's CRM system.

* Conduct outreach through phone, email, and text with professionalism and persistence.

* Build strong relationships and effectively present our brokerage's value and opportunities.

* Support follow-ups and onboarding for new agents.

* Train agents on the basic setup of tools and systems as part of onboarding.

* Work closely with management to achieve recruitment targets.

Qualifications

* Strong oral English communication skills are a must.

* Excellent social and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

* Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is strongly recommended.

* Confident, persuasive, and motivated to succeed.

* Organized, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and online tools.

* Looking for strong candidates only – not entry-level positions.
