Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about people, process, and growth in the field of HR and talent acquisition. You will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Candidates with prior recruitment exposure, especially in technical hiring, will be preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates eager to build a career in HR are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and attract potential candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical positions through job boards, social platforms, and networking channels.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates aligned with company requirements and culture.
  • Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and relevant teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and ensure that all pre-employment formalities are accurately completed.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical) is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities with a professional approach to communication.
  • Understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Ability to interpret job descriptions and match them effectively with candidate skill sets.
