HR Officer

Job Summary:
The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, implementing policies, managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee records and ensure accurate HR database management
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Support payroll and benefits administration processes
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training sessions and performance review processes
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
