Job Title: Admin & HR Manager

Location: Multan, Pakistan

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Admin & HR Manager to oversee both administrative and human resource functions of the company. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills to ensure smooth office operations, compliance with HR policies, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR):

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

Administration (Admin):

  • Supervise office operations, facilities, and supplies management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Manage administrative staff and assign tasks effectively.
  • Maintain office documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and efficient workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in combined HR and Administrative management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and office management.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
