Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Founder's Associate, based on-site in Lahore. The Founder's Associate will work closely with the founder to manage high-impact projects, conduct research, and develop strategies to support business growth. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, creating detailed project reports, streamlining operational processes, and contributing to decision-making. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to evolving priorities within a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of or interest in AI, automation, or technology-driven solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or consulting role is an advantage
