Role Overview
As an
Associate Growth Executive
, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through
LinkedIn outreach
. This is an
entry-level growth role
— perfect for individuals looking to start a career in tech sales, business development, or growth marketing. You'll learn how to use top sales tools, build relationships with decision-makers, and contribute directly to Stafflink's expansion across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily
LinkedIn outreach
to potential clients (decision-makers, founders, HR, and hiring managers). - Personalize connection requests and messages to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and track outreach using
CRM tools
(Apollo, Sales Navigator, Dripify, etc.). - Coordinate with the Growth team to execute outbound campaigns.
- Identify prospects' hiring or staffing needs and set up meetings for senior executives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach performance and response rates.
- Learn and implement best practices for lead generation and pipeline building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
or other outreach tools (preferred but not required). - Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn about global markets and sales strategies.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of B2B communication and professionalism.
