Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with clients and resolve their queries.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and timely renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Prepare simple performance reports for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 to 4 years' experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
