The Assistant Manager of Partnerships & Digital Sales is entrusted with the strategic oversight of business expansion across various segments, products, and services of the company which includes A2P SMS/WhatsApp (cPaaS), IoT and software solutions.
This role involves a meticulous assessment of global industry landscapes to identify and forge strategic partnerships that drive revenue and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring teams dedicated to business growth, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term revenue objectives.
- Strategically targeting and engaging high-value clients within the company's service segments, either directly or in collaboration with relevant teams, to bolster direct business growth.

What you would mainly be doing:
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential business partners in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment.
- Negotiation: Lead partnership negotiations, ensuring the terms are favorable and in line with the company's objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure successful partnership integrations and collaborations.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through partnerships by leveraging joint marketing initiatives, co-selling, or product integrations.
- Sales Growth: Directly managing B2B Digital Products Sales team, working closely to gain business, onboard customers with independent working on high value customers/leads.
- Performance Metrics: Track, measure, and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring ROI and alignment with company KPIs.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to help improve products, services, and partnership strategies.
- Training: Educate internal teams about partnerships, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to foster relationships and identify potential partners.
Skills and Qualification:
Very strong people management skills.
Should have strong negotiation skills.
Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
Should have strong communication skills.
Should be tech-savvy, the computer literacy required level is high.
Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
Should be very dedicated and available over email/phone during non-duty hours.
Understanding of the technologies IoT, A2P SMS, and software development sectors.
Humble, helpful, solution-oriented, and with a positive attitude, the ability to be hands-on and step up when required.
