The Role
We're seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support Nysonian's growing network of brand partners, influencers, and agencies. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships and the marketing, operations, and finance teams to manage relationships, support deals, and ensure smooth collaboration across campaigns.
You'll play a vital role in identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining strong communication channels — helping transform collaborations into long-term growth drivers.
What You'll Do
1. Manage Partner Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact between Nysonian and its partners.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure both sides meet mutual goals.
- Handle day-to-day coordination, updates, and follow-ups.
2. Support Partnership Deals
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners (brands, influencers, agencies, etc.).
- Help prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and decks.
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, and deliverables once a deal is confirmed.
3. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure partnership activities run smoothly.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across departments.
- Ensure all internal teams are aligned on partner expectations and commitments.
4. Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, or revenue from partnerships).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing progress, outcomes, and ROI.
5. Strategic Input
- Suggest ideas for new collaborations and ways to enhance existing partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partner brands aligned with Nysonian's goals and audience.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, or marketing coordination (agency or brand-side).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Experience in preparing decks, proposals, and partnership reports.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or affiliate programs is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office (especially Excel and Slides).
