About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Recruitment Specialist with deep expertise in the Solar Energy and EPC industry in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nationwide talent hunting, pipeline creation, and end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across sales, technical, and channel management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Head Hunting, profiling ,Source, screen, and hire candidates nationwide for Solar & EPC roles such as:
All the Rectuitment and deep understanding of role like Sales Manager, Solar Sales Manager Channel Manager, Channel Sales Specialist Technical Support Engineers Inverter Sales Specialists
Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks for proactive candidate hunting.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and industry trends. Reporting of recruitments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: BBA/BA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
3–4 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the Solar and EPC industry.
Proven track record of hiring for roles in solar sales, channel management, and technical support.
Technical Know-How: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and pipeline management tools
