We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the FX & CFDs industry, and a keen ability to identify top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best professionals in the market.
What will you do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the FX & CFDs industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the right fit for each role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and provide timely updates to applicants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FX & CFDs industry or financial services.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the FX & CFDs market and its talent landscape.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
