Job Title: International Recruitment Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary up to 120k PKR.

Work Model: On-Site

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Recruitment Specialist to source, attract, and secure top-quality talent for our North American clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. If you have strong experience in international hiring, especially for the Canadian market, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities1. Work Authorization & Compliance

  • Verify candidate eligibility for employment in North America, including work permits, student permits, PR, and citizenship status.
  • Track work permit expiry dates and ensure full compliance with Canadian and U.S. hiring regulations.

  • Licensing Verification

  • Validate required licenses and certifications for skilled roles such as 
    Red Seal technicians, AZ/DZ drivers, forklift operators, electricians, millwrights, CNC machinists
    , and other trade positions.

  • Talent Sourcing

  • Source talent using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for skilled and unskilled roles, covering both temporary and permanent positions.

  • Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.

  • Shortlist high-quality candidates for hiring managers and client review.

  • Skills Assessment

  • Administer, review, and interpret relevant assessments to confirm candidate competency for role-specific requirements.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.

  • Provide consultative guidance based on market insights and recruitment best practices.

  • Candidate Relationship Management

  • Communicate transparently and professionally with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.

  • Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and assist candidates through the onboarding process to ensure smooth placements.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and candidate experience.

  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Recruitment Experience:
  • Minimum 
    2+ years
     in recruitment or staffing, with a strong focus on 
    international hiring
     and 
    work permit compliance
    .
  • Direct experience recruiting for Canadian skilled labor roles such as electricians, millwrights, forklift operators, CNC machinists, and similar trades.
  • Communication Skills:
     Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Cultural Competence:
     Strong understanding of North American work culture, particularly Canada and the U.S.
  • Professional Skills:
     Exceptional relationship-building, interviewing, and communication skills.
  • Technical Ability:
     Comfortable conducting interviews via phone and video platforms.
