Responsibilites:

  • Project Scheduling :Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera (P6) or MS Project. Define project activities, duration, sequencing, and resource allocation.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual progress versus planned progress. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Highlight delays, variances, and areas of concern.
  • Resource Planning: Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements. Ensure resources are available as per project timelines
  • Cost Control & Forecasting: Monitor project costs and budgets. Assist in preparing cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
  • Planning & Strategy Development: Assist in developing overall project execution strategies. Support tender teams by preparing baseline schedules for new bids.
  • Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and contractors. Attend coordination meetings and present schedule updates.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BE/ME Civil Engineering 10 years exp.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
