Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Technical Sales Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present and promote solar energy solutions, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with the company's standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
- Regular Market visits and surveys.
- Strong understanding of solar panels, on-grid systems, off-grid systems, and related technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex energy solutions
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or technical sales is mandatory.
