The role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Product Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our SaaS portfolio. On the Product side, you will generate usage analytics across Access Hub, Evidence Hub, and Nuro, providing insights that inform the product development roadmap and help the Client Success team demonstrate value to clients. On the Sales side, you will support revenue operations by delivering insight into renewals, pipeline progression, and sales target achievement by person, product, and quarter.

This strategic role sits at the intersection of Product, Client Success, and Sales, ensuring we are data-driven in decision-making and client engagement. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, managing key operational processes, and enabling growth through data, tools, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Product Analytics

  • Own and evolve product usage analytics across all three SaaS products
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking client adoption, feature usage, engagement trends, and retention
  • Partner with Product Managers to provide insights into roadmap priorities and feature enhancements
  • Support Client Success Managers with customised usage reports for client meetings, renewals, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Provide ad hoc usage analysis to address product performance and client-specific queries

Sales Operations:

  • Lead tracking and forecasting of renewals and ensure visibility of upcoming renewal timelines and values
  • Monitor sales performance against targets at the individual, team, product, and quarterly levels
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue metrics, pipeline health, bookings, conversion rates, and renewal forecasts
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for the eradication of friction in the buying and onboarding process.
  • Design workflows within the CRM environment that drive improved buyer and client experiences.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, and Client Success by sharing insights from analytics and performance data

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Product Analytics, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
  • Experience working with Hubspot, ideally with certifications to back up your expertise
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: adoption, engagement, retention, churn, renewal, pipeline conversion
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports that drive executive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to internal and external audiences
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams
