Job Description

We are hiring Fresh Graduate MBBS Doctors for the role of Teleconsultant to support US clients. This is a great opportunity to begin your medical career in the US healthcare domain and gain international exposure.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong professionalism, and willingness to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide teleconsultation and clinical support to US patients and healthcare teams
  • Communicate with patients via calls, chat, or email professionally
  • Review medical notes, patient history, and clinical documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient data (HIPAA guidelines)
  • Assist with care coordination and follow-up
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery as per US healthcare standards

Must-Have Requirements

  • Fresh MBBS graduate (house job completed or in progress is acceptable)
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work onsite at Bahadurabad office
  • Willing to work US shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (PKT)
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn US healthcare workflows
