Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Lahore. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and assisting with project management. The role also involves handling client communications, preparing reports, and supporting the operations team in various capacities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and coordination skills, including managing schedules and office supplies
  • Experience in project management and report preparation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle client communications and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
