Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support

the Compliance & Regulatory Affairs team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date

regulatory information related to hemp-derived products—including THC, THCa, Delta-9,

and other cannabinoids. The primary focus of this role is tracking, documenting, and

organizing compliance requirements in the United States and Germany.

The ideal candidate excels at managing detailed data, interpreting complex information,

and ensuring clear and consistent record-keeping. This role is essential in ensuring our

products are only sold in jurisdictions where they are legally permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Research & Monitoring

• Monitor and document ongoing legislative and regulatory developments across all

50 U.S. States and Germany that affect the legality of hemp-derived products.

• Identify rules regarding:

o THC/THCa/Delta-9 limits and cannabinoid thresholds

o Product format restrictions (e.g., edibles, vapes, topicals)

o State or country-specific labeling, packaging, testing, and distribution

requirements

o Business or product registration/licensing obligations

Compliance Matrix Management

• Maintain and continuously update a structured internal spreadsheet that clearly

shows:

o Which product types and SKUs can be sold in each U.S. state and in

Germany

o Jurisdiction-specific thresholds and legal status per product format

Registration & Reporting Support

• Track registration deadlines, notification requirements, and license renewals across

applicable jurisdictions.

• Organize supporting documentation for internal reviews and assist with regulatory

submissions as needed.

Communication & Documentation

• Draft concise internal updates summarizing changes in law or policy relevant to

product compliance.

• Maintain clean, well-organized digital records for easy reference and audits.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a compliance support, legal administration, or regulatory

research role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed data across multiple

jurisdictions.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal or regulatory information.

• Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel), including use of

filters, lookup functions, and conditional formatting.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex

regulatory findings clearly.

• Self-starter with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal

supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, public policy, political science, regulatory affairs,

or a related field.

• Familiarity with the U.S. Farm Bill and state-level hemp legislation.

• Awareness of German regulatory frameworks relating to hemp products.

• Ability to read and interpret legal or technical documents.

• Reading proficiency in German is a strong asset.

• Ability to efficiently leverage AI tools (e.g., for regulatory summarization, legislative

monitoring, or document organization) to enhance research and administrative

workflows.

Why This Role Matters:

As a key member of our Compliance & Regulatory Affairs team, your work will directly

impact where and how we sell our products. You will help ensure we operate responsibly,

legally, and with confidence in both the U.S. and German markets.
