Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Healthcare Instructor for our FAASTI Lahore Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, ensuring competency-based learning, and preparing them for healthcare-related careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in healthcare courses as per curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods.
- Ensure students acquire knowledge, technical skills, and workplace readiness.
- Establish professional linkages and arrange student visits with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Maintain industry standards in teaching and safety practices.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or relevant healthcare discipline (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching/training or clinical experience in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish institutional relationships with hospitals and healthcare partners.
- Passion for teaching and student development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
