Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Educator to join our team as a Health Care Assistant Instructor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive curriculum: Create engaging lesson plans, lectures, and hands-on activities to cover all aspects of the Health Care Assistant program.
  • Conduct interactive classroom sessions: Teach theoretical knowledge and practical skills in areas such as patient care, medical terminology, infection control, and vital signs monitoring.
  • Clinical training supervision: Oversee students during their practical rotations in healthcare settings, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and professional standards.
  • Evaluate student progress: Assess student performance through quizzes, exams, assignments, and practical assessments to measure understanding and proficiency in course materials.
  • Provide feedback and support: Offer constructive guidance to help students enhance their skills and address areas for improvement. Provide academic and personal support as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends: Keep abreast of developments in the healthcare field, including changes in regulations, best practices, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues: Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure smooth program operations and continuous improvement of teaching methods and materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
