Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the overall growth of DH Solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and networking
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into clients
- Prepare proposals, sales pitches, presentations, and follow-up sequences
- Maintain CRM, track leads, and run consistent outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with the CEO and technical team to understand services and prepare winning strategies
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build relationships with clients across USA, Canada, GCC, and Europe
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (IT industry preferred)
- Excellent written & spoken English (mandatory)
- Ability to create proposals, presentations, and sales documents
- Strong understanding of software development, SaaS, AI, eCommerce, and digital solutions
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or other lead-gen tools is a plus
- Must be target-oriented and self-driven
- Strong negotiation & client communication skills
