Brain Games Studio is hiring a talented 3D Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and technical expertise to create high-quality 3D assets, Animations, environments, and characters, ensuring seamless integration into various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters following the artistic direction.
  • Develop and integrate 3D animations, including weight painting, skinning, and rigging, ensuring smooth and natural motion.
  • Design and optimize voxel art for various projects.
  • Develop textures, materials, and shaders to enhance visual fidelity.
  • Apply lighting, shading, and rendering techniques for realistic or stylized visual effects.
  • Optimize models and textures for performance across different platforms (games, AR/VR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with animators to ensure 3D models are rigged and ready for animation.
  • Work closely with the design and development team to integrate 3D assets into projects.
  • Create promotional materials, including high-quality screenshots for marketing and game store assets.
  • Refine final renders using compositing tools to achieve polished results.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 Years of Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of weight painting, rigging, and skinning for animation workflows.
  • Knowledge of PBR workflows, shaders, and real-time rendering.
  • Ability to optimize assets for performance and efficiency.
