To expand our growing footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align sales plans.
  • Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations with potential buyers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional guidance and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in real estate or property development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Market knowledge of real estate trends and customer behaviors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
