Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from the business unit to understand and analyze software requirements.
  • Break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to estimate efforts and plan project timelines effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and resolve conflicts.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Document and maintain detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and other project artifacts.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the
  • enhancement of business analysis practices within the organization.

Key Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in breaking down requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project estimation techniques and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
