The Role

We're seeking an Order Management Representative to oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfilment for NOBL Travel. This role ensures accuracy, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across customers, warehouses, and logistics partners. You'll work closely with customer service and logistics providers to deliver a seamless experience to every customer.

What You'll Do
  • Process and monitor customer orders from placement through fulfilment
  • Coordinate with warehouses, shipping providers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve order issues including discrepancies, delays, or cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory alignment
  • Partner with the customer service team to provide updates and resolve inquiries
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize fulfilment efficiency
