Job Title: Sales Leads Closer – WordPress Websites

Location: On-Site

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Leads Closer to join our team. Your main responsibility will be attending in-person meetings with potential clients to close deals for WordPress website projects. You'll receive basic training on WordPress so you can confidently address client needs and guide them toward a decision during the meeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend client meetings in person to pitch and close WordPress website deals

Engage confidently with a professional and personable demeanour

Use strong sales skills to close leads on the spot

Understand client needs and match them with tailored WordPress website solutions

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

  • Fluent, near-native English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong in-person presence and confidence during meetings
  • Proven sales experience with exceptional closing skills
  • Basic technical awareness of IT and how websites work
  • Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

Training:

One week of training will be provided, covering WordPress basics, lead handling, and sales approach strategies.

Once your resume is approved, a short video interview will be conducted before final selection.
