Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Gutenberg Developer and Designer. The role involves creating custom Gutenberg blocks, designing user-friendly web layouts, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless WordPress integration. The developer will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing websites, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance user experience and site functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Gutenberg block development (Mandatory), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Experience with PHP and MySQL is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is advantageous (Optional)
