We are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and highly organized Senior Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficiency, security, discipline, and smooth day-to-day operations across the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure efficient operation of facilities while maintaining safety, hygiene, and security standards.
  • Lead and guide support staff, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the security procedures, access control, and safety measures for company assets and personnel.
  • Oversee logistics, transport, and event arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in managing administrative budgets, expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Maintain administrative records, inventory, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of administrative management experience in FMCG or Armed forces administration.
  • Civilians and Retired Armed Forces professionals with strong command, leadership, and organizational skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
