We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Accounts Executive.

Education:

  • MBA Finance, M.Com, CAF, BBA/BS Accounting & Finance, B.Com

Experience:

  • MBA Finance, M.Com, BBA/BS Accounting & Finance, CAF with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • B.Com with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliation and maintaining ledgers.
  • Prepare and update CMA data and maintain related financial documentation
  • Process Payroll, including attendance reconciliation, salary preparation, advances, deductions, and related documentation
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities by providing accurate data and analysis
  • Conduct periodic internal checks to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant tax regulations
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and monthly closing documents
  • Maintain updated financial records and support audits by providing required documentation to external auditors

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle workload independently, manage deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in general accounting practices and financial analysis
  • Preference for candidates with working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • SAP Experience is a plus
