We are looking for a skilled and versatile Cook who can prepare a variety of cuisines, including Pakistani/desi dishes, fast food, and snacks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cooking bulk/batch food, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of meals, including desi/Pakistani dishes, fast food, and snacks.
  • Handle batch cooking and ensure consistency in taste and quality for bulk food orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Manage time effectively to deliver food on schedule.
  • Work in flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan menus and food preparation schedules.
  • Monitor inventory, report shortages, and assist in managing stock levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cook, preferably with exposure to multiple cuisines.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani/desi food, fast food, and snacks preparation.
  • Experience in bulk or batch cooking.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different shift timings.
  • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant cooking experience.
  • Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (optional but plus point).
