About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to set menus or instructions
  • Ensure food is prepared safely and hygienically
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Monitor food inventory and inform management of shortages
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Assist in menu planning and new dish creation (if required)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook or chef (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
