We're Hiring: Social Media Manager

Are you passionate about social media, audience engagement, and driving growth through creative campaigns? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our clients' presence across multiple platforms and deliver impactful results.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage content calendars that align with client goals and brand voice.

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers to deliver engaging content.

Oversee publishing & scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube).

Optimize client pages for visibility, engagement, and SEO relevance.

Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.

Track analytics, monitor engagement, and provide actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of all major social platforms.

Skilled in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social.

Experience with paid ads & campaign optimization.

Strong communication, project management, and creative direction skills.

Bonus: Graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) & SEO knowledge.
