Role Description

We are seeking a
Social Media Manager
to lead and manage the social media presence for our clients across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in
Karachi
. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, and managing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and up to date with current social media trends and platform algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

·      Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content (posts, captions, and stories) across all social platforms.

·      Oversee content calendars and ensure timely posting for all client accounts.

·      Collaborate with the design team for visual creatives and campaign assets.

·      Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

·      Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others) to optimize ROI.

·      Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain strong brand voice and community management.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies.

·      Coordinate with clients to understand their brand tone, goals, and content direction.

·      Maintain consistency in brand identity and message across all social channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

·      2–3 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.

·      Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

·      Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).

·      Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and communication skills.

·      Basic knowledge of Canva or design coordination with creative teams.

·      Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

·      Proven results in growing engagement, followers, and conversions through social campaigns.
