We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and engage with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visuals, videos, and posts.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and brand management is a plus.
