We are looking for a
dynamic and detail-oriented Product Executive
to join our growing team at LANCMALL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing product listings, pricing, content accuracy, and overall presentation across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopify and other platforms with complete details, accurate pricing, and visuals.
  • Conduct regular audits of product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, sourcing, and marketing teams to maintain updated product catalogs and promotional offers.
  • Analyze sales trends and product performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Support new product launches with pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and promotional setup.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for product banners, campaigns, and online visibility.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and operations teams to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Assist in product lifecycle management — from onboarding to discontinuation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in product management, merchandising, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of
    Shopify
    , product data management, and digital merchandising.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and timelines.
