Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart and organized Business Development Executive who can manage shelf stock efficiently and also provide brief insights on new products. This role requires someone who understands inventory flow, is detail-oriented, and has basic product knowledge to support sales and client discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Shelf Stock Management

  • Maintain proper records of products on display and in storage.
  • Ensure shelves are always stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items to support inventory decisions.

Product Knowledge Sharing:

  • Understand new product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Share brief and accurate product information with team members and clients.
  • Assist in training sessions or presentations related to new product introductions.

Business Development Support:

  • Assist the team in identifying potential clients or market segments for new products.
  • Support product demos, in-store promotions, or sample placements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of stock/inventory management.
  • Willingness to learn about new products regularly.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory roles.
  • Familiarity with basic stock tracking tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
  • Comfortable interacting with clients or store teams.
