Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager

Qualification:

  • DVM / MPhil (Animal Nutrition / Veterinary Medicine / Animal Reproduction)

Experience:

  • 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product management strategies to ensure market competitiveness and needs.
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strategize brand positioning, product assortment, marketing communication and promotion practices.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies, deriving market expansion.
  • Participate in new product launches, including coordinating with Regulatory, R&D, sales, marketing, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and training to the product management team and relevant stakeholders

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing collateral.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills with experience in developing relationships with customers & stakeholders
