Position Title: Order Dispatcher

Location: Khadda Market, Defence Phase 5, Karachi

Job Summary:

Hot n Spicy is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Dispatcher to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of food orders to customers. The role involves checking order slips, coordinating with the kitchen and packing staff, and ensuring smooth handover of ready orders for delivery or pickup. Your efficiency will play a key role in maintaining fast and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer order slips for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and packing team to ensure orders are ready.
  • Match packed food items with order slips before dispatch.
  • Dispatch orders to delivery riders or walk-in customers promptly.
  • Maintain a dispatch log with order numbers, times, and delivery details.
  • Quickly address any issues related to missing or incorrect items.
  • Work closely with kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery staff.
  • Verify customer order slips for accuracy and completeness.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Matric or Intermediate
  • Experience in food dispatch or restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS/order tracking systems is a bonus
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evening shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
