Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in e-learning module creation

Responsibilities:

· Manage production of interactive digital learning materials.

· Supervise use of tools such as Articulate Storyline, H5P.

· Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Animation team.

· Review and test interactivity, responsiveness, and engagement metrics.

· Oversee the integration of multimedia assets including video, animation, infographics, and audio to ensure pedagogical alignment and production efficiency.

· Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality training videos and interactive content.

· Ensure consistency in instructional messaging, design standards, and branding across all digital learning content.

· Develop and maintain production pipelines and schedules to align with the overall project timeline.

· Review and approve visual and multimedia drafts during different stages of video and content production.

· Work closely with the QA team to ensure content is tested, feedback is incorporated, and quality standards are upheld before final publishing.

· Coordinate closely with the LMS team to ensure compatibility of content modules with platform architecture.

· Lead prototyping, user testing, and iteration of interactive modules based on feedback from trainers and trainees.

· Ensure adherence to learning objectives and instructional goals throughout the design process.

· Train and mentor team on design standards, interactivity techniques, and accessibility features.
