Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning:Develop accurate demand forecasts based on market trends and sales data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans.
  • Optimize inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Analyze and report on forecast accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
  • Logistics (Inbound & Outbound):Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring cost-efficiency and timeliness.
  • Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize shipping methods and costs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in demand planning and logistics, with export exposure.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain and logistics management tools/software.
