Job Title: Business Development Manager – Medical Billing

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Medical Billing / Healthcare BPO

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Medical Billing campaign. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client acquisition, onboarding doctors, and generating new business opportunities in the healthcare domain. This role requires a mix of team management, direct calling/dialing, and meeting arrangement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard doctors/healthcare providers for medical billing services.
  • Conduct outbound calls/dialing to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Manage and guide a small team to achieve business development targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to hunt new clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Present and explain medical billing services to potential clients effectively.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for doctors and healthcare clients.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
  • Maintain client records, pipelines, and reporting for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Medical Billing campaign/business development.
  • Hands-on experience in doctor onboarding and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team while also being directly involved in dialing/calling.
  • Target-driven with ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare/medical billing process will be an added advantage.
