Role Description:
We're looking for a Patient Help Desk Representative
to be the first point of contact for patients. You'll handle calls with empathy, manage appointments, coordinate with providers, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Join our team to deliver excellent patient support and drive a smooth healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments in the system.
- Coordinate with providers' offices regarding schedules, updates, and patient care needs.
- Document call details accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Support call centre performance standards and participate in team training
